Spreading impression of the event "VinaPhone - 15 years reaching far together"

On 06.22.2011 - at Hotel Grand Plaza Hanoi, Smart Media successfully organized the event "Customer conference celebrating 15th anniversary of VinaPhone network".

This was a very proud and significant event of VinaPhone, marking its 15 years of constantly developing, constantly reaching far, and it was an opportunity for VinaPhone to tribute its customers who are together with VinaPhone’s development.

Over 600 delegates had a real sense, an impression with the theme "Spreading & Reaching Far Together" shown in the whole event. This theme was developed and inspired by VinaPhone logo image of spreading droplets and slogan "None Stop Reaching Far" - the business philosophy of VinaPhone.

Opening warm-up performance was a unique repertoire - first staged indoor in Vietnam – the spectacular and impressive water drums. Nine male and female actors in modern dress drummed excitedly and energetically with thousand of droplets fired up from the drum after every beat, in front of a large background screen of flowing flush water lines. 9 drums on the stage decorated with light reflective letters merged into a V I N A P H O N E line. It was one of the most impressive repertoires of the event started the "spreading" theme of the ceremony.

The film "VinaPhone - 15 years reaching far together" produced by Smart Media was highly appreciated by VinaPhone and the guests . This film was shown simultaneously in three venues of VinaPhone customer conferences in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Danang and was also printed into DVD as a gift to all the guests. Although it was a kind of reportage about 15 years path of development of VinaPhone, but the film graphics were linked to art images to convey the film message of "15 years reaching far together ". Pictures of droplets standing on lotus petals, images of little boy and girl played calling by the lotus flowers, desired to be connected with loved ones... were such a gentle preamble of a story about a 15 years journey of a generation of Vietnamese with the desire a connecting, reaching far...

The program went extremely vivid and engagingly with the guidance of two MCs: Thai Tuan and My Lan. After the speeches delivered by the two representatives of millions VinaPhone long-term loyal customers, there was a special performance staged by Smart Media for the ceremony as a deep thank to the distinguished guests in the ceremony. This was a modern dance with beautiful music arrangements composed dedicatedly for the dance and developed from the famous melodies of VinaPhone TV commercials . Moreover, the dancers were performed in front of a background of the music waves of dancing VinaPhone 3G Logos.

Speech by Mr. Lam Hoang Vinh, Director of VinaPhone was a deep gratitude to the customers and also expressed the pride of all VinaPhone employees for their contributions to the VinaPhone's development as well as to the development of the country, the society throughout many years. With the achievements gained, VinaPhone was granted with awards and merits from the Government, from the M.I.C presented by minister Dr. Le Doan Hop. Chairman of VNPT group – Mr. Pham Long Tran on behalf of the group gave VinaPhone a painting acknowledged the contributions of VinaPhone during the 15 years to the success of VNPT group.

After the awarding session came the most significant moment of the ceremony - the moment marked VinaPhone 15 years old. With image effects on the screen, VinaPhone logo was floating on the water together with spreading waves over the years and the effect ended by image of a drop on the water surface impressively rolled up into a watered number 15. The VinaPhone 15 years logo then appeared on the screen and glowed on the stage with brilliant fireworks and conffetti together with the applause of the entire auditorium - congratulated VinaPhone 15 years old!

The image of VinaPhone 15 years logo illuminated on the stage completed the "conference" part and brought the guests into the Gala Dinner party, which was started with the song "Thanks love" by famous singer Uyen Linh as a thank of VinaPhone to its customers and also a thank of customers to VinaPhone - 15 years reaching far together. M4U band, singer Minh Quan and Thang Long dance group performances really gave the guests a memorable party.

Customer Conference celebrating 15th anniversary of VinaPhone network was held really Solemnly, Meaningfully and Impressively, successfully expressed the theme of "Spreading - Reaching far together". This event again boosted and confirmed VinaPhone brand with the Customers, the Government, VNPT Group, the Partners, Press & Media and the Entire Staff of VinaPhone company. Smart Media is very proud to be the organizer of this event.
